The article analyses the axiocentric paradigm of formation of spiritual and cultural values as the conceptual core of sustainable development in the triune system of «education - science – business». The author substantiates the thesis that in the twenty-first century, traditional economic and technological models of sustainable development have exhausted their potential without a fundamental spiritual dimension that ensures subjective responsibility, ethical regulation and cultural legitimacy of transformation processes. It is argued that the formation of sustainable institutional models is possible only with the axiocentric integration of educational approaches, scientific integrity and business ethics in interaction with traditional spiritual systems (including universal humanistic and religious sources). The article considers the interrelationships between spiritual capital, environmental awareness and social sustainability based on the analysis of empirical studies that prove the priority of the spiritual component in ensuring long-term results of social development. The proposed synergistic model of the triunity (education - science - business) functions as a holistic axiocentric mechanism for the formation of a socially responsible personality capable not only of professional fulfilment but also of existential responsibility for the future of humanity and the planet.
