The article presents a draft of the Ethical Code of Game Practice – a new professional field that utilizes game-based methodologies for the personal growth and development of participants. Given the current absence of a unified ethical standard for game practitioners, the aim of this work is to develop the first version of a code that will serve as a guideline for professionals in their practice. The developed principles are based on the ethical norms of psychological practice, adapted to the specifics of the game process. The Code covers key aspects of a game practitioner's work, including respect for the dignity of participants, competence, responsibility, honesty, ensuring well-being, confidentiality, and obtaining informed consent. The article also includes definitions of basic terms, a description of ethical principles, and an invitation to further discussion and supplementation of the presented draft by the professional community.
